1. Services Provided
We offer digital solutions including web design, automation setup, AI chatbot integration, CRM configuration, and other related services. A detailed scope of work is outlined at the time of engagement.
2. Payment Terms
All payments are due before work begins unless otherwise agreed. For larger projects, a milestone payment schedule may be created. We accept payments via [Credit Card / PayPal / Bank Transfer].
3. Revisions
Each package includes a limited number of revisions as outlined in your service agreement. Additional revisions will incur a fee.
4. Timeline
Estimated delivery times depend on the scope of the project. Delays caused by client feedback or missing information may shift deadlines.
5. Cancellation & Refunds
Cancellations after project kickoff will incur a fee based on work completed. No refunds will be issued for completed services or digital deliverables.
6. Client Responsibilities
Client agrees to provide access to necessary accounts, feedback, approvals, and accurate information to complete services.
7. Intellectual Property
Final deliverables are owned by the client upon full payment. Source files, templates, and proprietary systems remain property of BFS Solutions Inc. unless otherwise agreed.
8. Liability
We are not liable for any damages resulting from misuse of systems, changes made by third parties, or technical issues beyond our control.
9. Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of Alberta.
